REM Advocaten charges a maximum rate of NAf. 450,- per hour, excluding turnover tax, for mediation and legal matters.
However, there is always the possibility to agree on a fixed fee, which limits the costs, exceptions notwithstanding. The fee depends on the outcome of the case. Depending on the complexity of the case, a percentage between 15% and 25% can be agreed upon. The costs associated with the case must be paid in advance.
For HRM advice and organizational development, a maximum rate of NAf. 400,- per hour, excluding turnover tax, is charged.
